Have you ever wanted to send an email later on in the day? In this tutorial I’ll show you how you can write and schedule emails in Outlook 2016 all in four easy steps…
Step One – Load up a new email window in Outlook and click on options.
Step Two – Now click on the icon for Delay Delivery.
Step Three – A new window will appear and under the delivery options set your desired date and time. Once set click on close.
Step Four – That’s it! Hit that send button and your email will be scheduled to be sent out.
